Art is my hobby, and because of the therapeutic effects I received it’s my wish to SHARE it with others.
Since 2021, I am unable to work in any reliable and predictable capacity without negatively impacting my quality of life. As a result I struggled with my self worth once I left the workforce, questioning my value in society and where I fit in now. Rather than focusing on what I can no longer do and the challenges I face, I choose to focus on the stuff that makes me happy, and that’s sharing my story and the tools I found to help me transition into this next phase of my life.
Art in general not only allows me to express myself and find satisfaction in completing a project, it also has several therapeutic benefits as follows.
